First time when I saw the name Pho +Dimsum, I was wondering whether it was a good place to eat both Vietnamese and Chinese Dimsum food, but I still went to the restaurant anyways to give a try.
When we arrived to the restaurant, it was after lunch time already, therefore, we were the only table in the whole restaurant. I was too starving and started to order all kind of dishes like crazy. I guess I ordered pretty much 3/4 of items from Dimsum Menu and signature dishes like Pho and Summer Rolls from regular menu. They came out actually not bad. The waitress was surprised our family ate like cows, and we finished all the food we got. (Wow, what a surprise to me, too!)
Then this restaurant becomes the place I stop by and rest little bit to feed my stomach and my precious family every time when we travel to Florida from home.
Waitresses are always nice and be extra careful with my babies. The restaurant is bright and clean, floor is not slippery or sticky at all. Restroom is big and clean enough that even they don't have a change table, I am comfortable to use my own mat to have my kids to lay on the floor for diaper changes. The restaurant doesn't have booster seats, but they clean high chairs pretty good that I don't have to trouble myself to use baby wipes to clean again before letting my toddler to sit in.
Food wise, I think because it is a Vietnamese restaurant with some Dimsum dishes. Vietnamese food is better than Dimsum. Therefore, if you are looking for Dimsum over Vietnamese, you may get little bit disappointed. Dimsum also takes time to serve, so if you are super hungry, please remember to order some Vietnamese food first.
I really have nothing negative to talk about this restaurant. In fact, I actually like it and think it is good to have family to dine in. -

Is it just me or are most Dim Sum places generally dark? I called my order in and I did not get past the front door, but the ambience did not strike me as a Vietnamese restaurant. Nonetheless my Shrimp fried rice was ready when I arrived, so I was in and out quickly.
I wouldn't say it's the best fried rice I've ever had or even close, but it was good for lunch. I had a bit of leftovers as well. -

Just a great find in my neighborhood. Now I have a go to Dimsum restaurant on the Southside of Jacksonville. The service is helpful and the food fresh and steaming.
Oh did I saw the house special fried rice was awesome too.

Decent dim sum at an affordable price in the Jacksonville area, and a plus for serving dim sum all day!
I haven't had a chance to try any of the Viet dishes since we usually just come here for our dim sum cravings.
The chicken feet here are good!
It's not the best dim sum by any means, but it'll do the trick if you're needing a fix in the area. -

My youngest wanted some dim sum but Timwah was closed today so we decided to check out this place. I was pleasantly surprised.
We ordered fried shrimp balls, shrimp dumplings, siu mai, chicken feet, stuffed eggplants, and beef chow fun to go. Everything was pretty tastey, there was a slight difference in taste and overall Timwah has then beat by just a little in the flavor department, but not much. Their portion sizes are a bit more generous here. I really liked the chow fun but asked for no onions or bean sprouts which left just the beef and noodles so my family thought it was too plain and needed some vegetables. I could taste some wok hei flavor to the noodles so even though we didn't order any fried rice, seems like it would be tastey.
The order took approximately 20 mins. They told us to be careful with some of the items since there were some liquid but wished those items were packaged in different containers.
My youngest still loves Timwah, but the rest of the family wouldn't mind coming back for dim sum or to try some of the Vietnamese dishes.
